The client primarily serves Middle Eastern off-road enthusiasts, travel companies, and government service departments, requiring customized modified vehicles (such as reinforced chassis, lifted suspension, premium interior upgrades, etc.). After multiple rounds of technical discussions, both parties reached an initial procurement agreement for modified vehicles, covering SUVs and light van models.
Environmental Adaptation:
Summer temperatures in Sharjah often exceed 45°C, accompanied by frequent sandstorms. All modified vehicles are equipped with upgraded cooling systems, high flow air filters, and anti gravel underbody coatings. For desert conditions, all terrain tires, reinforced shock absorbers, and snorkels are fitted. The air conditioning system receives extra insulation and dual zone independent control for cabin comfort. All modification components have passed 50°C environmental chamber testing to eliminate heat related failures.
