In EV export, the battery is the core value component and the most concerned part for overseas customers. Evaluating battery condition requires three metrics: State of Health (SOH), cycle count, and voltage difference. Batteries with SOH below 70% significantly reduce range; vehicles with SOH ≥85% are preferred. Second, use an OBD interface to read the voltage difference among cells. A differential exceeding 50mV indicates internal imbalance, requiring balancing charge or module replacement. For cold regions (e.g., Northern Europe, Canada), a battery preheating system is recommended, along with a battery test report. Henan Xinshangchou Import & Export Trading Co., Ltd. partners with professional battery testing labs to provide remaining life prediction and temperature adaptability analysis for each exported EV, reducing after-sales risks.
